Introduction
Arbee Biomarine Extracts Private Limited (‘the Company’) is engaged in the production and supply of high-quality fish oil and Omega 3 products, catering to various industries with a commitment to quality, safety and sustainability. As a company operating in a sector closely linked to natural resources and marine ecosystems, we recognize our responsibility towards environmental stewardship, community welfare, and sustainable business practices.
Mr. P.K. Raju, Chairman of the Company has embarked on the journey of charitable activities for social change dedicated to the cause of future and future generations. Through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, the Company recognizes its responsibility to contribute to the well-being of society and the environment.
This CSR Policy is framed in accordance with the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time, and provides a framework for undertaking and monitoring the Company’s CSR activities.
Composition of CSR Committee
The CSR Committee oversees policy, approves the annual CSR Action Plan, and monitors implementation and fund utilization.

The Committee meets periodically and reports to the Board as per the CSR Policy.
Objective, Guiding Principles
The CSR Policy of the Company aims to promote sustainable development and create a positive impact on society, the environment, and local communities. It defines the focus areas for CSR activities, such as education, healthcare, livelihood, and environmental protection, and provides a framework for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting these initiatives in a transparent and effective manner.
Our CSR investments are guided by principles adapted to the company’s mission and the needs of communities connected to our operations:
- Nutrition-first approach: Prioritize programmes that improve nutritional outcomes (maternal & child nutrition, clinical awareness) and complement our core expertise in Omega-3 and health ingredients.
- Science & capacity building: Support skill development in food technology, laboratory methods and quality systems to create sustainable livelihood pathways and strengthen local supply-chain capability.
- Traceable impact: Design projects with measurable outcomes, clear baseline assessments and verifiable indicators to ensure accountability and effectiveness.
- Local relevance: Focus on interventions that benefit communities in and around our work centre’s, especially vulnerable groups (children, elderly, differently abled).
- Partnership & leverage: Collaborate with credible NGOs, research partners and government agencies to scale impact and use funds efficiently.
- Environmental responsibility: Promote responsible sourcing awareness and marine-friendly practices among suppliers and communities.
- Transparency & compliance: Maintain full documentation, audited records and third-party verification as required by law and policy.
Focus Areas
These areas are selected to align corporate expertise in nutrition, refining and quality with community needs.
- Community Nutrition & Preventive Health — health camps, maternal & infant nutrition awareness, screenings tied to nutritional outcomes.
- Education & Vocational Skills — scholarships and vocational training in food processing, QC and laboratory skills to create employable talent for the nutraceutical and manufacturing sectors.
- Inclusive Welfare — support for elderly care, palliative services and programme’s for differently-abled children.
- Sustainable Sourcing & Supplier Capacity — training and awareness workshops for fishery suppliers on responsible catch practices and traceability.
- Community Development & Heritage — local rural development, sports and cultural initiatives that strengthen social fabric and youth engagement.
- Research & Institutional Collaboration — support for applied research and partnerships with academic bodies to improve production efficiency and sustainable practices.

- Aid for Old-Age Day Care Centre for Senior Citizens — ₹ 1,52,054.
- Aid for Differently-abled Children (Autism Centre) — ₹ 3,53,500.
- Promotion of Health and Preventive Health Care (health camps) — ₹ 5,13,810.
- Rural Development & Social Welfare — ₹ 2,00,000.
- Promotion of Education, Vocation Skills, Sports & Cultural Heritage — balance utilized across smaller grants (see Utilization Certificate).

Implementation & Partners
- Implementing Partner: Arbee Care Foundation (Section-8) — projects were implemented under a formal MoU and supported by local partners.
- Partner Selection: Implementing agencies meet policy criteria (registration, audited accounts, field presence and reporting capabilities) as per the CSR Policy.
- Monitoring: Projects are monitored via field visits, partner narratives, financial reporting and independent verification for material projects. The independent practitioner’s examination provides assurance that the funds were utilized for activities covered under Schedule VII of the Companies Act.
Assurance & Statutory Compliance
- An independent practitioner examined the utilization statement and confirmed that the amounts were extracted from audited financials and that the activities fall under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
- The Utilization Certificate issued by Arbee Care Foundation documents the project-level spends and is available for download.
- All records, MOUs and receipts are maintained; any future unspent amounts will be handled per statutory requirements and the Company’s CSR Policy.
