Founded by P K Raju, Arbee took its first steps as a small-scale venture in trading Fish Oils, laying the groundwork for a future in Marine Ingredients.
The Beginning
P K Raju’s commitment to responsible practices was honored with the Karshaka Shree Award, recognizing excellence in sustainable and eco-friendly initiatives.
The Heart of Green
Arbee Biomarine Extracts, India’s first fish oil refining unit, was launched in 2005, marking a major milestone in Omega‑3 extraction. The facility was upgraded with modern enhancements in 2019.
Foray into Omega 3’s with Arbee Biomarine
Arbee Aquatic Proteins, a backward integration into fish meal and fish oil production for the aquafeed industry, expanded the group's expertise with construction beginning in 2013, operations launching in 2015, and a full-scale expansion completed in 2017. The facility underwent further upgrades in 2021 to enhance production capabilities.

To strengthen its international presence, Arbee initiated several joint ventures worldwide to enhance the value of Omega‑3s and other marine ingredients. These ventures were designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality marine nutrition products.
